            講演会案内 日時:10月13日(金) 10:40~ (講演時間は45分~90分の予定) 場所:崇城大学 池田キャンパス F号館 F203 講義室 講演者:Dr. Jiang Nan (北京工業大学 情報工学科 准教授) 講演題目:Quantum image processing(量子画像処理) Abstract: The study of quantum computation and quantum information has become increasingly mature. In addition to further advancing the mathematical and physical foundations of quantum computation and quantum information, a growing number of scientists and engineers are devoting their research efforts to identifying and developing application initiatives of quantum information processing in various fields. Quantum image processing (QIP) is one of them.

  QIP is a discipline devoted to use quantum computers to

process images and it is the intersection of quantum computation and image processing. Due to it is a newly emerging thing, researchers are facing great opportunities but also challenges.

  In this seminar, I will provide a survey on quantum image

processing to gather the current mainstream and discuss the advances made in the area, including quantum image representation, QIP algorithm, and quantum image measurement. Moreover, some open challenges and future directions will be discussed to attract continued research efforts.
